Terms of Service

EVΛFIT (evafit.co.ke) is a sports-nutrition retailer based in Nairobi, Kenya. These terms apply to every order placed through the site, in store, or with our team on WhatsApp.

An order is placed when you receive an order number, and confirmed when we email or text you to say we have checked it. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include VAT where applicable; delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

You pay on delivery with M-Pesa or cash, anywhere in Kenya. Paying online by M-Pesa and card is coming soon. An order may be cancelled if it cannot be delivered or paid for.

If a product is unavailable after you've paid, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery times on the Delivery & Returns page are estimates. We aren't responsible for delays caused by delivery partners, weather or incorrect address details, but we'll always help chase a late parcel.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they're handed to you or your nominated recipient.

Wrong, damaged or unsealed items reported within 48 hours of delivery are replaced or refunded in full. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days at your cost. Opened consumables can't be returned unless faulty.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item.

Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Always read the label and follow the manufacturer's directions. If you're pregnant, under 18, on medication or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor before use. Product information on the site comes from manufacturers' labels in good faith and may change.

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure. Reviews and questions you post must be honest and yours; we may edit or remove content that's abusive, false or unrelated to the product.

Prices can change at any time, and a change never affects an order we've already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you and either honour the correct price or cancel and refund in full — we won't quietly charge you more.

Offers run for the dates shown, or while stocks last, and the crossed-out price is the product's normal price. Free gifts can't be swapped for cash.

You must be 18 or older to order from us. Some products aren't suitable for under-18s at all; if you're buying for someone younger, read the label and speak to a doctor first.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Kenyan law, including under the Consumer Protection Act. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute. We'd always rather sort a problem out directly first — message us and we will.
