EVAFIT Rewards
Earn 1 point for every KSh 200 spent. 1 point = KSh 1.
How you earn
- Earn 1 point for every KSh 200 spent on products.
- It counts what you paid for the products, after any discount code or points. Delivery fees don't earn points.
- You need an account and to be signed in when you order. Guest orders don't earn points.
- Examples: KSh 1,000 earns 5 points, KSh 5,000 earns 25, KSh 10,000 earns 50.
How you spend
- 1 point = KSh 1 off your order.
- Use at least 50 points at a time, and up to 20% of the products on one order (after any discount code).
- Choose how many points to use at checkout, or tap Redeem maximum. You can change or remove them before you place the order.
- Points work together with discount codes, and with cash on delivery.
When points arrive
- Points are added when your order is delivered, not when you place it or pay.
- Your Rewards page shows points on the way from open orders, so you can see what's coming.
Cancellations and refunds
- If an order is cancelled, or a payment fails, the points you used come back.
- A refund takes back the points that part of the order earned, in proportion to what was refunded. A full refund takes back all of them.
- If you had already spent those points, your balance can dip below zero. Your next points repay it before you can use points again. Everything is recorded on your Rewards page.
Do points expire?
- No. Points don't expire. If that ever changes, we'll tell you well ahead and it won't touch points you've already earned.
Fair use
- Points have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
- We may correct a balance if there was a mistake, and every correction is recorded with a reason.
