Yes — every product is imported from Europe or the USA, straight from the manufacturer or a distributor they've verified. It arrives sealed, in date and properly stored. No grey-market stock, no counterfeits. Read the full authenticity promise.
We deliver anywhere in Kenya: 1–2 business days in Nairobi and 2–4 business days elsewhere. The fee depends on your county and is shown at checkout before you confirm, and delivery is free on orders of KES 18,000 or more. Pick-up stations are coming soon. Details on the delivery page.
Pay on delivery with M-Pesa or cash, anywhere in Kenya: you pay when your order reaches you. Paying online by M-Pesa and card is coming soon.
Wrong item, damage or a broken seal — tell us within 48 hours and we replace or refund. Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Opened supplements can't be returned unless faulty.
