Delivery & Returns
How fast we get it to you, what it costs, and what happens if something isn't right.
Door delivery, anywhere in Kenya
- Nairobi: 1–2 business days. Rest of Kenya: 2–4 business days.
- The delivery fee depends on your county and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Free on orders of KES 18,000 or more.
- Pay on delivery with M-Pesa or cash. We message you when your order is on the way.
Pick-up station
- Coming soon: collect your order from a pick-up station near you.
- Until then, choose door delivery at checkout.
Returns & refunds
- Wrong item, damaged in transit, or a seal that isn't intact? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full.
- Changed your mind? Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 7 days — you cover the cost of sending it back.
- Opened supplements can't be resold, so they can't be returned unless faulty.
Authenticity guarantee
- Every product is imported from Europe or the USA, straight from the manufacturer or a distributor they've verified.
- Sealed, in date and stored properly. If anything ever fails that test, it's a full refund — no argument.
